Promotional email sent through AiNotixcan be stopped at any time. Opt-out is applied to the sender's suppression list and is honored on later campaigns.
From the email
Open the message and use the unsubscribe link in the footer. Mailbox providers can also unsubscribe you in one click from the message headers. Either action is enough. You do not need to sign in.
If you do not have the email
Write to support@analytixmantra.com from the address that is receiving the mail. Tell us you want that address removed. We use the sending address of your request so we suppress the mailbox that actually asked to stop, rather than an address typed into a public form.
What happens next
The address is added to the suppression list for the customer account that sent the campaign. That account's later campaigns skip the address before sending. A link in a message takes effect as soon as you open it. A request sent to support is applied when we receive it, and in any case within 10 business days.
This stops promotional campaigns from that sender. It does not delete an AiNotix login if the address is also used as an account contact.
Account email
Verification codes, password resets, and similar security messages are sent only because someone requested them for that account. They are not a newsletter. To stop them, stop using the account or contact support@analytixmantra.com.
