Email and Anti-Spam Policy

AiNotix is a business messaging platform. Companies use it to send SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and email to their own customers. Analytix Mantra Private Limited operates the platform.

Mail falls into two groups.

Account email from AiNotix. When someone creates an account or asks us to, we send messages that are required to run that account. These include email verification, password reset, username reminders, and billing or credit notices to the address on the account. We do not add people to a promotional list because they created an account.

Email a customer sends through the platform. A business using AiNotixcan send a campaign from a domain it has verified. That mail is sent on the customer's instructions, from the customer's verified sender, to recipients the customer provided. Promotional campaigns include an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers (List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post).

Delivery uses email infrastructure providers, including Amazon Simple Email Service. Those providers receive the recipient address and the message only so they can deliver it and report delivery, bounce, and complaint events back to us.

For our own account email, the address comes from the person who signed up or from an administrator updating that account. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or append addresses for our own mail.

For customer campaigns, the customer uploads or enters the recipient list. The customer must already have permission from each recipient to send that type of message. Typical sources are a form on the customer's own website, a checkout, a support request, or another direct request from the recipient. We do not supply mailing lists.

Customers may not use AiNotix to send:

• email to people who have not asked for it;
• purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists;
• mail with a false From name, false subject, or hidden sender;
• mail after the recipient has unsubscribed or marked it as spam.

The same prohibition is in our Terms and Conditions. We may suspend or terminate sending for an account that breaks this policy, including accounts that produce a high rate of bounces or complaints.

Every promotional campaign includes a visible unsubscribe link. Mailbox providers can also use the one-click unsubscribe headers on the message. Choosing unsubscribe adds that address to the customer's suppression list immediately. Later campaigns from that customer account skip the address before any message is sent.

If you no longer have the message, email support@analytixmantra.com from the address you want removed and we will suppress it. Details are on the unsubscribe page.

Account email that is required to sign in or secure an account, such as a password reset, is not a promotional list. Closing the account is the way to stop that mail.

We record delivery events from our email provider. A permanent (hard) bounce is added to that customer's suppression list, and so is a spam complaint. Suppressed addresses are left out of later campaigns. Customers can also suppress an address manually from their account.

We do not retry a hard-bounced address, and we do not keep mailing someone who has complained.

A business sending through AiNotix must:

• email only people who requested that mail;
• keep a record of how each recipient opted in;
• identify itself honestly in the From name and message;
• leave the unsubscribe link in place;
• honor opt-outs, which the platform enforces through the suppression list.
